I practice User Centred Design because I believe great products are built on a deep understanding of the individual and the collective needs and aspirations of people. To me design starts with people and ends with people. I strive to create products which are enablers and transform the quality of our relationships for the better. Each project requires its own set of UX techniques but there are some overarching principles that define how I approach any piece of work.
